About Us

Welcome to my website, and more importantly, welcome to the world of Chiropractic! I hope you find what you are looking for - if you have any questions please send us a note at any time

I first discovered the benefits of chiropractic when I was 10 years old, after experiencing pain in my hip. Every time I would walk up or down a hill, I would fall, and sometimes even walking would cause my hip to hurt. Unable to find anything wrong, our family doctor told my mother that “it was all in my head”. Fortunately, my mother disagreed, and took me to our local chiropractor (with whom I still consult). A number of adjustments later, the problem was resolved. As a competitive swimmer and an avid skier, I experienced a number of sports or joint related injuries that over the years, were very effectively treated through chiropractic treatment.

These early experiences had me hooked, and my life’s path took me to Logan Chiropractic College. Today, I bring you over 20 years of experience in practice, and I am a continual student of the profession. I gladly welcome and treat people of all ages and experience, from infants to the elderly and weekend warriors to the serious, elite athlete.

For everyone to experience optimum health, I believe that our bodies must be at peak performance, physically, mentally, neurologically and emotionally. For this reason, in addition to chiropractic treatment, I also provide nutritional testing and recommendations to those patients who would like it. Often I find that if our bodies won’t heal, it’s trying to send us a message that it is imbalanced or missing a crucial nutritional factor. Through muscle response testing, we can pinpoint any areas of your body that need help, which in turn stimulates healing and better health

I continually work to increase my knowledge of this fascinating area and currently study functional medicine which will further assist me finding the root cause of my patients’ health challenges.

On a personal note, I am a mother of two busy children, both of whom have been adjusted since the day they were born. They will often tell me what I need to check before I tell them that it’s tune-up time, and they are not often wrong. I love to ski, swim, boat, read and travel.

I look forward to meeting you and your families, and to working with you so that you can enjoy better health and great times together.
